I have been looking at pay ranges for certain job areas. My job is unique because I head up the development of my company’s sustainability initiative, developing corporate stratigies related to sustainability and regulations in numerous countries, and I help manage a CDM/JI project for my company. Any idea what the market value is for a job that incorporates these duties? I am trying to gauge where my currently salary and benefits stands compared to the market demand for all of these skills. Please help!!!! It has been tough finding anything like this.
