		<description>This is great! As a job seeker I have to weed through a lot of advice, some good, some bad, some does not apply. It is great to see advice to HR departments. I know of one company where several of my job seeking colleagues have a bad taste in their mouth due to many of the issues on your list.

I have learned through experience that when it is time to attract high quality staff, people will remember.</description>
