You won't know which bullet will be asked about. The story can follow the SOAR guidelines: S-what was the situation O-what obstacles were there A-what actions you took R-what results helped your company Have a paper for each bullet on your resume ready to go so you can refer quickly. You should also have 5 or more behavioral stories in the same format ready to go. This is getting more popular now... not just technical questions. Have a “story” for each bullet on your resume. You won’t know which bullet will be asked about. The story can follow the SOAR guidelines:
