		<description>Have a &quot;story&quot; for each bullet on your resume.  You won&#039;t know which bullet will be asked about.  The story can follow the SOAR guidelines:
S-what was the situation
O-what obstacles were there
A-what actions you took
R-what results helped your company
Have a paper for each bullet on your resume ready to go so you can refer quickly.
You should also have 5 or more behavioral stories in the same format ready to go.  This is getting more popular now... not just technical questions.</description>
