The job…
-    Driving and winning new business independently for the company, including presenting to clients and spreading the Bright Green name far and wide.
-    Identifying and interviewing candidates and working with clients as key resources to help them solve some of their most fundamental challenges.  
-    Assessing candidates and helping them find inspirational, rewarding jobs that will help them grow their careers.
-    Acting as the interface point between our key candidates and clients.  
-    Building sustained relationships with clients, involving tasks such as providing advice about the available talent in the pool, assessing the skills requirements and the challenges each client faces.
-    Acting as a face of Bright Green, representing the organisation through extensive networking.

We provide a supportive and learning-orientated environment, with close mentoring and a career pathway that's a great fit to your passions. For example, as a junior consultant, you would 'learn the ropes' by taking on basic functions within the role and gradually, in partnership with a senior consultant, learn to interact with clients and more senior candidates. Longer term, there are some exciting and creative ideas in the pipeline, so being one of the first few members of what we hope is soon to be a global organisation is a definite plus.

We’re based in a fantastic office in Pink Floyd’s old recording studios 7 minutes from Angel tube, North London.  In addition a rock heritage, the new Bright Greenie can expect perks such as a laptop (as appropriate), generous holidays and a regular supply of smoothies!

•    Are a graduate with a top degree and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in a customer facing role.
•    Love dealing with people and radiate confidence in conversation.
•    Are extremely organised, a fabulous multi-tasker and a self-starter.
•    Can inspire candidates and clients alike, and ensure both are constantly happy.
•    Want to play a crucial part in driving the organisation forwards and helping grow the environmental movement through your enthusiasm, drive and innovation.
•    Can demonstrate a commitment and passion for the sustainability agenda and fit closely with the values of Bright Green.
•    Have great determination, resilience and flexibility
•    Possess excellent computing, writing and telephone skills.
•    An outstanding networker and lover of people.
•    Are considered chatty, fun, bubbly and inspirational whilst also passionately professional
