The job…

Junior (2-3 years experience):

-    Completing a variety of projects, largely for blue-chip financial firms; from assessing non-financial risks and impacts to stakeholder engagement and reporting.
-    Providing advice to clients regarding CSR strategy, risk and financial impacts

Senior (5+ years experience):
-    Contributing to the organisation’s positioning in the UK CSR market, e.g. through presentations & publishing articles
-    Project management for a variety of CSR projects as described above.
-    Business development through means such as networking, proposal development and client meetings
-    Ensuring the technical, quality and financial aspects of projects are managed effectively to ensure client satisfaction

You…
All candidates can;
-    Demonstrate a firm understanding of the technical issues associated with sustainability management and stakeholder engagement and its financial impacts
-    Develop best practices & standards in risk, strategy, governance, management and performance
-    Demonstrate understanding of the key drivers and trends in social, economic and environmental sustainability that are likely to affect the client base; particularly from a private sector perspective
-    In addition, the ideal senior candidate can;
    o        Demonstrate experience of managing projects in CSR or sustainability; preferably from a consultancy background.
