The job…

Acting as second in command for CR activities, the Senior CR Consultant’s responsibilities fall into three key areas;

 1.    CR consultancy project management

• Owning and coordinating major European accounts to deliver truly outstanding and highly creative solutions for clients.
• Offering authoritative and excellent CR communications advice in the areas of reporting, employee communications and strategic communications.
• Acting as the pivot in teams of designers, writers, account managers etc, you will manage and inspire project teams towards success.

2.    Business Development: Leading pitches to generate new business

3.    Internal promotion of the CR agenda

• Inputting into and managing the company’s CR strategy.
• Profiling the company’s CR programme externally to support and enhance its reputation.

• Are an excellent leader in the context of close-knit, multi-functional team environments.
• Will have the gravitas and ambition to jump straight into the role, consulting at board-level, or launching into a full website copy re-work with equal ease.
• Have a strong commercial awareness of CSR and the sales process and are keen to make an impact through relationship building with clients.
• Are a strong presenter and public speaker
• Are intensely ambitious and focused on excellence; with the long-term goal of becoming a industry leader.
• Have outstanding written abilities, with experience of compiling corporate communications pieces.
• Have a clear passion for CR and are excited by communications and creativity.
• May have fluency in a Scandinavian language.

Location: London, with likely international travel to Scandinavia and other parts of Europe.
