Regional Manager at High Growth Start up (Dallas/Houston, Immediate Hire)--ID#10280
Background:
Founded in 2004 by two emerging environmental leaders, the firm has secured multiple rounds of venture financing as it continues to pioneer its integrated, novel waste management solutions. The privately held firm remains small, though is growing quickly and recruiting a team of highly-skilled professionals to establish operations throughout North America, and eventually internationally.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Territory planning and qualification of high priority accounts
• Prospecting and proposing new business to municipal governments and haulers that service those governments
• Manage a dynamic sales process from start to finish in multiple locations in Texas and surrounding states.
Qualifications:
5-7+ years of new account sales experience with value based solutions
Skilled at calling on and presenting to senior levels of management/government
Ability to influence and manage sales cycles of 9-12 months
Skilled at market planning, market segmentation, and business development
Ability to manage multiple complex, large prospects simultaneously
Strong communications skills, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work autonomously with minimal local management and resources
4 year college degree or equivalent experience
