CSR Account Manager: £25-35k
Spanish speaking professional for growing CSR management team.
This exciting fast-growing niche CSR organisation provides much needed specialist software to help companies gather, analyse and manage their CSR data. In this increasingly complex market (and with the environmental agenda moving urgently into focus), this rapidly expanding team have been working with a number of FTSE 500 companies to streamline their data management processes and help their clients to understand and ultimately reduce their environmental impact.
The job…
• Developing ongoing client relationships by discussing their CSR data management needs, identifying and solving problems through the use of the company’s IT platforms. The role is focused on long-term development of these relationships, rather than business development.
• Travelling to Spain to expand on the client base there. Longer term, there is the potential to open up a Spanish subsidiary company.
• You will join a small and ambitious organisation that seems destined for enormous success. Your client management activities will be backed up by 8/9 developers who are working on adding functionality to the data management system.
• Analysing CSR data in client systems, as well as helping clients to implement new systems.
• Identifying and project managing system development work to enhance and hone the product.
You…
• Are a preferably a business-fluent Spanish speaker, and/or possess other European language skills.
• Are talented, professional and enthusiastic. You may be a fresh graduate from an excellent university with a business-like approach, or you may have 2-3 years’ experience.
• Are an excellent communicator, with a passion for managing accounts and facilitating the delivery of solutions that will delight the client.
• Can demonstrate your excellence in communication and ability to learn quickly.
• Have a technical mind, with a background in consultancy, science, software engineering or data management. You are comfortable working with IT systems and have an aptitude/ willingness to ‘get stuck in’ rather than necessarily prior knowledge.
• You are methodical and practical, with clear analytical skills & Excel capabilities.
