Experienced sustainability in construction specialist for world-class engineering firm

Located in central London, you will join the growing Corporate Responsibility and Environmental Management Team, focusing on environmental management in construction and design.

The job…
-    Taking responsibility for a variety of design and construction projects including sustainability appraisals, EMS and consultation with statutory authorities.
-    Working alongside other environmental, planning, engineering and urban design experts, you will work with clients from public and private sectors.
-    Undertaking and supervising technical work.
-    Project managing specialist and multi-discipline project teams including budgetary control, quality management and assisting with business development and marketing activities.
-    This position will report to the Associate Director responsible for the team.

You…
-    Are an environmental professional with 5-10 years of experience
-    Are driven, enthusiastic and ambitious with design, construction and ideally consultancy experience.
-    Have the ability to work autonomously and to provide direction and support for junior staff
-    Have a relevant degree and preferably an appropriate chartered qualification.
-    Have experience of most or all of the following; EMS, environmental legislation, sustainability appraisals, environmental guidance & policies for developments, stakeholder engagement, auditing & impact assessment.
