•    3+ years of professional work experience in a start up environment
•    Undergraduate degree with a background in computer science, information technology, and/or management
•    Can design and code killer Web 2.0 applications using PHP, HTML, Javascript, XML, SQL, and other web-based programming languages
•    Understand online advertising systems
•    Are a environmental policy wonk
•    Work independently and take pride in the professionalism of your work
•    Are extremely organized and a fabulous multi-tasker
•    Want to play a crucial part in driving the organisation forwards and helping grow the environmental movement through your ability to innovate and think strategically
•    Are passionate about sustainability and appreciate the values of Bright Green
•    Possess excellent computing, writing and telephone skills
