The Opportunity…

•    Be coached directly by world-class experts on environmental & corporate social responsibility sales, marketing, and recruitment.
•    Performing a variety of management functions such as finances, accounting, & marketing to optimise our team effectiveness.
•    Play a major role in one of the fastest growing market sectors in the world and meet the huge demand for green talent.

The Person…

•    Has 5+ years experience working in corporate environment, with evidence of significant intrepreneurship/entrepreneurship. You have a history of excellence in everything you do, demonstrating considerable of success and leadership.
•    Is a visionary leader who has 3+ years marketing and/or sales experience and an exceptional track record over-achieving. Recruitment experience would be a bonus, although it is not vital.
•    Possesses a strong commitment to the environmental movement and would consider yourself a passionate professional.
•    Has a top degree combined with exceptional mind, personal abilities and a can-do attitude.
•    MBA students/graduates strongly encouraged to apply.
•    A strong knowledge of the market in Belgium and fluency in English and French.
