Maria Willett - Managing Partner

Maria brings a wealth of recruitment and executive search expertise to Bright Green Talent. Maria has extensive experience working both with global public companies as well as private equity-backed emerging growth and turn-around businesses. Maria began her career with Russell Reynolds Associates, focusing on executive level searches for semiconductor, systems, software and cleantech companies. Maria then moved to Genentech, one of the world's leading biotechnology companies, to recruit talent for the company cross-functionally in the Legal, Government Affairs, Healthcare Compliance, Environmental Health & Safety, Public Relations, Global Product Strategy and Commercial Operations organizations. Prior to that, Maria practiced law in the state of California. Maria holds degrees from CUNY School of Law (JD) and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (BA), where she was a member of the women's crew team.
Nick Ellis - Founder & Managing Partner

Nick Ellis holds degrees from both Stanford University (BA) and the London School of Economics (MSc). Before Bright Green Talent, Nick worked as an investment banker pioneering the use of clean renewable energy bonds to finance municipal renewable power projects. While at Stanford, Nick captained the men's water polo team to two consecutive NCAA championships, receiving the "Block S" award as one of the university's most outstanding male athletes.
Tom Savage - Founder & Managing Partner

Tom brings experience as a social entrepreneur and campaigner for responsible business, starting three social businesses and winning the Young Social Entrepreneur of the Year in the UK. In 2007, he was featured as one of 30 'Everyday Heroes' in Prime Minister Gordon Brown's book. Tom holds business degrees from Edinburgh (Bcom Hons) and with a scholarship from Oxford (Msc). Out of the office, Tom is a keen adventurer and musician.
Christina Gilyutin - Chief Career Counselor

Christina attended Stanford University, spent some time living in Jackson Hole, WY before heading over to the University of Michigan's Erb Institute of Global Sustainable Enterprise earning a joint MBA/MS in Natural Resources and Environment. While at Stanford, Christina captained the varsity lacrosse team and continues to play with the San Francisco club team. When not wielding a stick, she is out biking, snowboarding, doing yoga and laughing, incredibly loudly, at jokes that most people think aren't that funny.
Paul Hannam - Founder, Chairman

Paul wore many hats before founding Bright Green Talent: he has founded a successful technology recruitment and training business, taught environmental business and entrepreneurship at Oxford University, and written two books. He now owns several green companies and lives with his family in California.
